How To Make Oyster Mushroom and Rosemary Flatbread

Light and crispy flatbread topped with savory oyster mushrooms and fragrant rosemary.

Preparation: 20 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
Total: 35 minutes



  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups oyster mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a thin flatbread shape.

  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté mushrooms, garlic, and rosemary until mushrooms are tender.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Spread mushroom mixture onto the flatbread.

  6. Top with Parmesan cheese.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

  8. Cut and serve.
