How To Make Oyster Mushroom and Rosemary Flatbread
Light and crispy flatbread topped with savory oyster mushrooms and fragrant rosemary.

Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups oyster mushrooms, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a thin flatbread shape.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté mushrooms, garlic, and rosemary until mushrooms are tender.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spread mushroom mixture onto the flatbread.
