How To Make Oyster Mushroom and Brie Tart
A savory tart with earthy oyster mushrooms and creamy brie cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups oyster mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Roll out pie crust and place in a 9-inch tart pan. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic, and sauté for 5-7 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the mushroom mixture into the pie crust. Arrange sliced brie cheese on top of the mushrooms. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Let the tart cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
