- 1 pound chanterelle mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 4 skewers
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
