How To Make Panini Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 slices of deli meat (turkey, ham, or salami)
- 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or provolone)
- 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat a panini press or a skillet over medium heat.

Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.

Build the sandwiches by layering deli meat, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers on half of the bread slices.
