Ingredients
- 1 large swede, peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the cubed swede and cook until tender, about 20 minutes.

Drain the swede and return it to the pot. Add the butter and milk.

Use a potato masher or immersion blender to mash the swede until smooth and creamy.
