Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium-sized cabbage, thinly shredded
  • 2 red chillies, thinly sliced
  • 2 green chillies, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, red and green chillies.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.

  4. Allow the slaw to sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  5. Serve chilled and enjoy as a refreshing side dish.
