  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 cup thinly sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, sliced bell peppers, cilantro, and green chillies.

  2. In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, and salt.

  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine thoroughly.

  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour to let the flavors meld together.

  5. Enjoy as a side dish or as a topping for tacos or sandwiches.
