  • 1/2 small red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup pickled chillies, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced red cabbage and chopped pickled chillies.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.

  4. Let the slaw sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
