- 4 fish fillets (salmon, cod or tilapia)
- 1/2 small green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/2 small red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Season fish fillets with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
