Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 red chili, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, peanuts, cilantro, green onions, and red chili.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss well to combine.

  4. Allow the slaw to marinate for at least 10 minutes before serving.

  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
