How To Make Oven Roasted Collard Greens and Bacon

  • 1 cup thick-cut bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 2 bunches collard greens
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Next, toss the collard greens with olive oil and season it to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast the collard greens on a baking sheet for about 6 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Add the bacon and cook everything for 4 more minutes.
  5. Once your dish is done baking, serve it and enjoy!
