How To Make Oven Roasted Collard Greens and Bacon

  • 1 cup thick-cut bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 bunches collard greens
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Toss collard greens with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Roast on a baking sheet for about 6 minutes stirring half way through.
  • Add bacon and cook for 4 more minutes.
