How To Make Banana Pepper and Turkey Sub Recipe

A delicious sandwich filled with sliced turkey and spicy banana peppers.

Ingredients

  • 4 sub rolls
  • 8 oz sliced turkey
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • ½ cup sliced banana peppers
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Slice sub rolls in half and place on baking sheet.

  3. Spread mayonnaise and dijon mustard on both sides of sub roll.

  4. Add sliced turkey and provolone cheese to each sub roll.

  5. Top each sub with banana peppers.

  6. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. Bake in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
