How To Make Banana Pepper and Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
These savory stuffed mushrooms are filled with a combination of spicy sausage and mild banana peppers, making them the perfect appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms
- 1/2 lb ground sausage
- 1/4 cup finely chopped banana peppers
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for drizzling

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Remove stems from mushrooms and save for another recipe.

In a skillet, brown the sausage until no longer pink and drain the fat.

Stir in banana peppers, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.

Fill each mushroom cap with a large spoonful of sausage mixture.
