Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of chicken broth
Instructions

In a large skillet or Dutch oven, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the cabbage and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it starts to wilt.

Stir in the salt, pepper, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let the cabbage braise for 20 minutes, or until it’s tender.

Remove the lid and continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes, until any excess liquid has evaporated.
