How To Make Seared Steak with Chimichurri Dressing

Ingredients
- 4 steaks (about 1 inch thick)
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat.

Pat the steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a blender or food processor, combine the parsley, cilantro, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth.

Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired level of doneness. Let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
