  • 4skirt steaks
  • sea salt
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 2tsponion powder
  • 2tbspwhite wine vinegar
  • 2tbspextra virgin olive oil
  • oil spray
  • chimicurri sauce


  1. Rub, salt and pepper, onion powder on steaks. Sprinkle with vinegar and brush with olive oil.

  2. Grill to taste.

  3. Drizzle some chimichurri sauce over the steaks, then serve and enjoy!
