Grilled Skirt Steak (Churrasco) Recipe

How To Make Grilled Skirt Steak (Churrasco)

Sink your teeth into this succulent grilled skirt steak, served over top with a tangy chimichurri sauce, for a mouthwatering dinner meal!

Ingredients

  • 4skirt steaks
  • sea salt
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 2tsponion powder
  • 2tbspwhite wine vinegar
  • 2tbspextra virgin olive oil
  • oil spray
  • chimicurri sauce

Instructions

  1. Rub, salt and pepper, onion powder on steaks. Sprinkle with vinegar and brush with olive oil.

  2. Grill to taste.

  3. Drizzle some chimichurri sauce over the steaks, then serve and enjoy!
