How To Make Bracciole (Flank Steak Rolls)

Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz) flank steaks
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 1/4 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups tomato sauce
Instructions

Lay each flank steak flat and pound until thin.

In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Pecorino Romano cheese, salt, and black pepper.

Place a slice of prosciutto on each pounded steak and sprinkle with the breadcrumb mixture.

Roll up each steak tightly and secure with toothpicks.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown the steak rolls on all sides.

Pour tomato sauce over the steak rolls, cover, and simmer for 1 hour, or until the steak is tender.
