How To Make Slow Cooker Flank Steak Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lb flank steak
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions

Season the flank steak with salt and pepper on both sides.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

Transfer the steak to a slow cooker and top with sliced onion and minced garlic.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.

Pour the sauce mixture over the steak in the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the steak is tender.

Remove the steak from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
