  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno pepper, and cilantro.

  2. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Stir well to mix all the ingredients together.

  4. Let the salsa sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

  5. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled meats or tacos.
