Ingredients
- 1 lb gizzards
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
