- 2 pounds pork shoulder, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 green chilies, roasted, peeled, and chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the pork cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
