  • 4cupschicken stock
  • 1cupmixed vegetables,frozen
  • 20chicken and vegetable wontons,frozen
  • ½tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspground black pepper
  • dried thyme,optional


  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken stock to a boil over high heat.

  2. Reduce the heat to medium and add the frozen vegetables, chicken wontons, salt, pepper, and dried thyme.

  3. Simmer for about 8 to10 minutes until the wontons are warmed through and float to the surface.

  4. Divide the soup among 4 bowls and serve immediately.
