Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins (about 1.5 lbs each)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Season the pork tenderloins with salt and black pepper on all sides.

  2. In a slow cooker, mix together the chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.

  3. Add the seasoned pork tenderloins to the slow cooker, making sure they are fully submerged in the liquid.

  4. Cook on low heat for 4 hours, or until the pork is cooked through and tender.

  5. Once cooked, carefully remove the pork from the slow cooker and set aside.

  6. In a small bowl, mix together the cornstarch and water until smooth.

  7. Pour the liquid from the slow cooker into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

  8. Slowly stir in the cornstarch mixture, cooking until the sauce has thickened.

  9. Slice the pork tenderloins into desired thickness and serve with the thickened sauce.
