How To Make Panko-Crusted Tilapia

- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 cup of Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of paprika
- 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a shallow dish, whisk the eggs.

In another shallow dish, combine the Panko breadcrumbs, flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

Dip each tilapia fillet into the whisked eggs, then coat it evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.

Place the breaded fillets onto the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray them with cooking spray.

Bake the tilapia for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the fish is cooked through.
