Ingredients
- 4 barramundi fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Pat dry the barramundi fillets with paper towels.

In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, and pepper.

Dredge each barramundi fillet in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the barramundi fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the fillets from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add lemon slices and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Serve the pan-fried barramundi fillets with the garlic-lemon mixture on top.
