- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 300ml milk
- 100g cheddar cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until thickened. Stir in the grated cheese until melted and smooth.

Add the fish chunks to the sauce and cook for a few minutes until they are just cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
-
In a baking dish, layer the cooked gnocchi and the fish mixture. Top with some extra grated cheese if desired.
-
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.
-
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
