How To Make Easy Salmon Sushi Rice Bowl

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1 lb fresh salmon fillet, sliced into thin sashimi pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sugar. Set aside.

Divide the cooked sushi rice among 4 bowls.

Arrange the salmon sashimi slices on top of the rice.
