  • 4 bream fillets
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 red chili, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the barbecue to medium-high heat.

  2. Season the bream fillets with salt and pepper.

  3. Place the bream fillets on the barbecue and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

  4. In a small bowl, combine the spring onions, lemon slices, chili, and olive oil.

  5. Place the cooked bream fillets on a serving platter and top with the spring onion mixture.

  6. Serve the barbecued bream with spring onions, lemon, and chili immediately.
