- 4 bream fillets
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 red chili, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the barbecue to medium-high heat.

Season the bream fillets with salt and pepper.

Place the bream fillets on the barbecue and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
