How To Make Salmon Sushi Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1 lb fresh salmon fillet, diced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 nori sheets, torn into strips
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cooked sushi rice, diced salmon, cucumber, avocado, nori, and green onions.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
