How To Make Crab Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  3. Add the crab meat to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.

  6. Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the Alfredo sauce.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top for garnish.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
