Ingredients

  • 2 cups of elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of paprika
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.

  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs. Add the melted butter, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well.

  4. Add the cooked macaroni and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl. Stir until well combined and the cheese is evenly distributed.

  5. Pour the macaroni and cheese mixture into the prepared pie dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pie is set.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
