- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup malted milk powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, malted milk powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
