  • 4 graham cracker sheets
  • 8 marshmallows
  • 4 small pieces of cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 slices of green apple
  • 4 slices of red onion
  • honey, for drizzling


  1. Preheat your oven to broil.

  2. Break each graham cracker sheet in half, creating 8 squares. Place 4 of the squares on a baking sheet.

  3. Place a marshmallow on top of each graham cracker square on the baking sheet and broil for about 1-2 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasted.

  4. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and place a small piece of cheddar cheese on top of each marshmallow.

  5. Return the baking sheet to the broiler for another 1-2 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and top each melty s’more with crumbled bacon, tomato slice, green apple slice, and red onion slice.

  7. Drizzle honey over each melty s’more.

  8. Place the remaining graham cracker squares on top of each sandwich, pressing gently to create a melty ploughman’s s’more.

  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
