
How To Make Cucumber Sandwiches
Cucumber sandwiches are truly healthy and refreshing! With fresh cucumber slices, cream cheese, and mayo, you can easily whip these for your next lunch!

Ingredients
- 8ozcream cheese,softened
- 3tbspmayonnaise
- 2tspfresh dill,chopped
- 1tspfresh chives,chopped
- ¼tspgarlic powder
- salt and pepper,to taste
- 1English cucumber,long, thinly-sliced
- 1loafbread,sliced, crusts removed (optional)
Instructions

With a hand mixer, mix cream cheese and mayonnaise in a small bowl until smooth. Stir in herbs, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.

Spread cream cheese mixture onto the bread slices.

Layer thinly-sliced cucumbers over half of the bread slices. Top with additional herbs if desired.

Top with the remaining bread slices, and cut each sandwich into 3 pieces.

Serve immediately, or cover and store up to 24 hours.
