- 8 slices of whole wheat bread
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 8 slices of cooked turkey
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Lay out 4 slices of bread and spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each slice.
