How To Make Vegan Halloween Monster Sandwiches

Deliciously spooky sandwiches for Halloween! Your taste buds will scream with delight!

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • Vegan cheese slices
  • Vegan mayo
  • Black sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut the slices of bread into monster shapes using a cookie cutter.

  2. Mash the avocado with lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread the avocado mixture on one side of the bread slices.

  4. Cut the carrot, red bell pepper, and cucumber into spooky shapes and arrange them on top of the avocado mixture.

  5. Top with vegan cheese slices.

  6. Spread vegan mayo on the other side of the bread slices.

  7. Put the sandwiches together and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
