  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. In a large bowl, layer the mixed greens, sliced strawberries, chopped pecans, and crumbled feta cheese.

  2. In a small saucepan, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and honey over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened to a glaze consistency.
