- 6 cups mixed greens
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large bowl, layer the mixed greens, sliced strawberries, chopped pecans, and crumbled feta cheese.

In a small saucepan, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and honey over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened to a glaze consistency.
