- 6 cups mixed greens
- 1 grapefruit, segmented
- 1 orange, segmented
- 1 avocado, pitted and diced
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, grapefruit segments, orange segments, avocado, and sliced almonds.

In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the citrus vinaigrette.
