How To Make Easy Strawberry Bruschetta

A crisp baguette is topped with creamy goat cheese, fresh strawberries and luscious balsamic glaze to make this elegant strawberry bruschetta.

  • 1French baguette,cut into 1-inch slices
  • 2cupsstrawberries,chopped
  • 3tbspfresh basil,thinly sliced
  • 1tbspextra virgin olive oil
  • 1goat cheese log,softened
  • balsamic glaze,for serving


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. On a cookie sheet, place baguettes on a single layer and toast for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from oven.

  2. In a small bowl add strawberries, basil and olive oil and toss.

  3. Spread a thin layer of goat cheese on top of the baguette. Put the strawberry mixture on top and then drizzle with balsamic glaze.
