How To Make Spinach Tortellini Salad

Spinach tortellini tossed with tomatoes, olives, and parmesan is an easy and tasty side dish for your next barbecue or potluck.

  • 9ozcheese-filled tortellini,(1 package)
  • 10ozfrozen spinach,(1 package) thawed, drained and chopped
  • ½cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • 2cupscherry tomatoes,halved
  • 2ozblack olives,(1 can) sliced
  • 1cupItalian dressing
  • salt & pepper


  1. Cook tortellini pasta according to package directions. Rinse under cold water and drain.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the tortellini, spinach, cheese, tomatoes and olives.

  3. Toss with Italian dressing and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
