
How To Make Spinach Tortellini Salad
Spinach tortellini tossed with tomatoes, olives, and parmesan is an easy and tasty side dish for your next barbecue or potluck.

Ingredients
- 9ozcheese-filled tortellini,(1 package)
- 10ozfrozen spinach,(1 package) thawed, drained and chopped
- ½cupparmesan cheese,grated
- 2cupscherry tomatoes,halved
- 2ozblack olives,(1 can) sliced
- 1cupItalian dressing
- salt & pepper
Instructions

Cook tortellini pasta according to package directions. Rinse under cold water and drain.

In a large bowl, combine the tortellini, spinach, cheese, tomatoes and olives.

Toss with Italian dressing and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
