How To Make Orzo with Spinach and Feta Recipe

This dish is a light and flavorful pasta dish with orzo, spinach, and feta cheese.

  • 8 oz. orzo pasta
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Cook orzo according to package instructions until al dente.

  2. While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, stirring occasionally.

  5. Drain cooked pasta and add to the skillet with the spinach.

  6. Add crumbled feta cheese and mix until cheese has melted and everything is combined.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Serve hot.
