  • 4 cups mixed salad greens

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, pineapple, cucumber, bell pepper, carrot, red onion, cilantro, and macadamia nuts.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic until well combined.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
