Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- dressing:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, pineapple, cucumber, bell pepper, carrot, red onion, cilantro, and macadamia nuts.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic until well combined.
