- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions
