Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped Kings Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, yellow mustard, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Drain macaroni and rinse with cold water. Add to the mayonnaise mixture and stir until evenly coated.

  4. Stir in red onion, celery, carrot, green bell pepper, and chopped Kings Hawaiian Sweet Rolls.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
