Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 package (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup warm water (110°F)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

Gradually add warm water to the dry ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 10 minutes.
