How To Make Bacon-Wrapped Scallops

- 12 large scallops
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wrap each scallop with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season scallops with salt and pepper.

Sear the bacon-wrapped scallops in the skillet for about 2 minutes on each side, until the bacon is slightly crispy.

Transfer the scallops to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes until scallops are cooked through and bacon is crispy.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
