  • 2tbspfresh lemon juice
  • 1tsphoney
  • ½tspthyme,chopped
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 5ozbaby arugula
  • 3Asian pears
  • ½cuppumpkin seeds,salted, roasted
  • 3ozfresh goat cheese
  • sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil with the lemon juice, honey, and chopped thyme. Season the salad dressing with salt and pepper.
