How To Make Beef and Arugula Salad Recipe
A fresh and hearty salad with tender steak, peppery arugula, and a tangy vinaigrette.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef sirloin, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cups arugula
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook the steak until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.

In a large bowl, toss arugula, cherry tomatoes, and red onion together.

To make the dressing, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Arrange the steak on top of the salad and sprinkle with feta cheese. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve.
