- 2tbspolive oil
- ¼cuponion,finely diced
- 1garlic clove,minced
- 1cupchicken broth
- ¼tspdried basil
- 1cupcouscous
- 2cupscherry tomatoes,halved
- ¼cupfeta cheese
- 1tbsplemon juice,fresh
- 1tbspolive oil
- 1tbspfresh parsley
- 1tbspfresh basil
Instructions

Cook the onion and garlic in oil over medium heat for about 5 to 6 minutes until tender.

Add the chicken broth, basil, and a pinch of salt, then bring to a boil. Stir in the couscous, cover, remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
