How To Make Israeli Couscous Salad Recipe
A refreshing salad with Israeli couscous, fresh vegetables, and tangy dressing.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Israeli couscous
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the Israeli couscous according to package instructions and let cool.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
